JOB REQUIREMENTS BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
· A current RN license in the State of California is required
· Experience with EMR is required
· Must be able to communicate effectively
· Leadership ability
· Process patience, tact, and a friendly and cheerful disposition, with a willingness to handle residents based on whatever maturity level in which they are currently functioning.
· Strong sense of teamwork
· Ability to perform in a high pace environment
· Must be consistent and reliable
